In the aftermath of September 11^th, Forbes Group has strategically planned to establish a US presence in the IT field. This serves as base of operations and as a prototype plan for similar ventures in client countries.

In 2001, Forbes IT acquired a regional New England computer hardware, software and networking services company, ABC Computing, Inc., which has been in operation since 1996. Forbes IT is expanding the company to include a Fixed Wireless Broadband Computer Internet Access service in New England. Broadband Internet access is widely considered to be the key to renewed economic growth in the technology industry.

FORBES IT MOROCCO

The Company is currently an accepted bidder for national IT licenses from Morocco’s ANRT, which will be awarded early in 2002. Through our office in Rabat, the company is developing other IT projects, having signed a global development agreement with IBM, and other technology partners.

FORBES IT RUSSIA

The Company’s Russian subsidiary is negotiating the acquisitions of an established telephone and Internet provider. With significant Ministry and private sector relationships from Moscow to Vladivostok, Forbes IT Russia plans to develop the Fixed Wireless Broadband model during 2002-2003.
